Nebraska, by William Meehan

He grew up in the Sandhills near a place called DeWitty and when he was 19-years-old William Meehan wrote a poem celebrating his native state. His daughter, Catherine, said her father spoke often about his love of Nebraska. Written a century ago, enjoy as Catherine reads her dad's inspiring verse.
